Empty Bowls , the National Art Honor Society, the National Honor Society and the Culinary Department at Howard High School are hosting an Empty Bowls fundraiser for Grassroots in the school cafeteria on Wed., Mar 2, from 5-8 p.m. The Art Department is creating 300 bowls for painting by attendees and later will kiln-fire the bowls.
