On April 29, 2015 the Oakland Mills Community Association will host a State of Our Schools
Town Hall Meeting at The Other Barn, 5851 Robert Oliver Place, Columbia, MD, beginning at
7:00pm and ending at 9:00pm. The purpose of this Town Hall Meeting is to allow all of the schools
in the Oakland Mills cluster, elementary through high school, the ability to share concerns and
celebrations in a community setting. Administrators from all eight schools in the Oakland Mills
cluster will be in attendance. This includes, Oakland Mills HS, Oakland Mills MS, Lake Elkhorn
MS, Cradlerock ES, Jeffers Hill ES, Stevens Forest ES, Talbott Springs ES and Thunder Hill ES.
This meeting will provide parents the opportunity to hear Superintendent Renee Foose speak about
HCPSS Vision 2018. Parents are invited to bring their questions and time will be allotted for
responses.
