Our winter dance will be on Friday, February 21, 2020 from 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

Who is invited: LEMS Students*
When: Friday, February 21, 2020 - 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm**
Where: LEMS Cafeteria
Price: $7.00
Food: Pizza, candy, chips and water will be available for $1.00 to $2.00
Entertainment: DJ and Photo Booth
Tickets will only be sold during student lunch periods: Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday- February 19, 20, & 21st Checks can be made out to LEMS PTSA. Please write your child’s name in the memo.
PLEASE NOTE: Tickets cannot be purchased at the door on the day of the event!
Drop off/Pick up Procedure:
- Entrance to the event is through the side lot cafeteria doors. All students MUST be dropped off and picked up inside the doors.
- Re-entry is NOT permitted – if a student exits the building anytime during the dance, they cannot re-enter the building.
- The PTSA and HCPSS are not responsible for students who leave the dance early without permission.
STUDENTS MUST BE PICKED UP AT 8:30 PM.
- Parents are volunteering as chaperones for this event - please be courteous of their time and plan-ahead in making arrangements to pick up your child on time.
- Chaperones will contact the local Police Dept for assistance with any students not picked up by 8:45 pm.
- We are looking for Chaperones, Concession Table Volunteers, Decorations Donations, Door Prizes and any glow necklace donations! Please email lakeelkhornptsa@gmail.com or sign up at: http://bit.ly/LEMSDANCE
* Only Lake Elkhorn Middle students are permitted to attend the dance.
**The PTSA is sponsoring the dance. Any proceeds from the dance will go back into the PTSA funds to be used for future student needs. In the event of snow, the event will not be rescheduled. All monies will go into another community and/or educational event for students. LEMS Staff is running the concession table and all money raised will go into the school account.
