On Wednesday 19 and 26, students in grades 6-8 will take the Measure of Academic Progress (MAP) assessment. The data from the MAP assessment will help schools and teachers measure your student’s academic progress. The MAP test does not affect grades and the difficulty adjusts depending on how your child responds. Spring 2021 MAP testing is scheduled as follows:

• Reading MAP: Wednesday, May 19 at 8:20 am
• Math MAP: Wednesday, May 26 at 8:20 am

All students will engage in both ELA and math tests, except the following groups:

• English 8 GT students (reading exempt)
• 7th grade & 8th grade Algebra students (math exempt)
• 8th grade Geometry (math exempt)
