Effective the first day of school, 1 dose of Tdap vaccine and 1 dose of Meningococcal vaccine (MCV4) are required by the state of Maryland for all students entering Grade 7.
Many students may have already received these immunizations, but the Health Room may not have the updated immunization record.
Please contact your child’s doctor to schedule an appointment before the start of 2022-2023 school year to receive the mandatory vaccines and/or send in an updated copy of your child’s immunizations to the Health Room. The fax # is (410) 290-6430 or you may email a copy to Anna_Quinn@hcpss.org.
Call the Health Department at 410-313-7500 to schedule a vaccination appointment for your child.
If we DO NOT receive proof of immunization, your child will be excluded from school.
