Join the Black Student Achievement Program with their special guests from the JumpStart Dual Enrollment Program! JumpStart is a partnership between HCPSS and Howard Community College. They will discuss options for students to gain college credits, explore possible careers, or earn a 2 Year degree! Registration is required.
