Please note the following upcoming dates:
September 7, 2016- Vision and Hearing Health Department screening for 8th grade students. Your child will receive these screenings unless you object in writing. Please send a letter to the Health Room if you choose to opt out for the Health Department Screenings. A letter with further information will be sent home with each 8th grader on September 2, 2016.
October 17, 2016- Dental Clinic (offered by Chase Brexton) More information to come.
October 18, 2016- Flu Shot Clinic (offered by Maryland Partnership for Prevention) Please check all student’s backpacks for consent forms and information pertaining to the flu shot offered to all students!!!
Please return completed consent forms to the Health room no later than Friday, September 9, 2016. No Exceptions.
