In preparation for the 2021-2022 school year, HCPSS is asking all families to signify their intent to use, or not to use, HCPSS transportation for the coming year. In light of a critical bus driver shortage, sharing this information will help guide transportation initiatives, hiring of drivers, planning routes and more. This is not a commitment for arrival/departure transportation and is only to be used to guide HCPSS transportation decision making.

Families who have previously completed Family File can indicate your intent:

1. Log in to HCPSS Connect Synergy using parent/guardian credentials
2. Select More Options from the left navigation
3. Select Family File at the top of the page
4. Select Arrival/Departure from the left navigation
5. Select the drop-down arrow for each child
6. Indicate how you intend for your child to arrive at and depart from school for the 2021-2022 school year 
7. Select the blue Save button 

Families who have not previously completed Family File, or if you are unsure if you have completed Family File, can indicate your intent:

1. Log in to HCPSS Connect Synergy using parent/guardian credentials
2. Select More Options from the left navigation
3. Select Family File at the top of the page
4. Complete each page of Family File
5. On the last page, select the blue Submit button

Family File is not yet open for the 2021-2022 school year! Family File will open for parents/guardians to confirm/update their information in August. HCPSS and schools will communicate to families when this is available.
